John L. Livingston, Esq. is the President. Mr. Livingston handles
civil litigation, including family law matters, divorce, parental
responsibility (custody), support, division of property and pensions.
He also handles wills, estate planning and probate matters. Further,
he handles collections for business clients.
A member of both Pennsylvania and Colorado Courts. After attending
College and Law School at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
he has been admitted in Colorado since 1976. He has been in private
law practice since 1978 after being a Deputy District Attorney
In Jefferson County.
His honors include, Former Associate Law Review editor, Duquesne
University School of Law, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, President
First Judicial District Bar Association, Board of Trustees, First
J.D.B.A, Board of Directors Colorado Legal Services, Former Board
of Governors, and Colorado Bar Association, Pro Bono Award-Volunteer
Attorney 1998.
