Family Law - the area of law dealing with family relations
including divorce, adoption, paternity, custody, and support.
Probate - the area of the law dealing with the validity
of wills and administration of estates and sometimes over the
affairs of minors and persons adjudged
incompetent.
Trusts - the area of the law that creates a fiduciary
relationship in which one party holds legal title to another's
property for the benefit of a party who holds equitable title
to the property.
